Centre for Education is a non-profit association based in Mallorca.
We are a team of professional educators and volunteers and our mission is
a) the promotion, research and the provision of training and education for children, youth and adults,
b) the improvement of education and training opportunities in both content and method
c) to increase the availability of education and training,
d) to achieve more interest and success in education and training and
e) to improve the chances on employment, improve re-entry into education or self-employment and thus reduce unemployment and to remedy social problems.
To fulfill these aims, Centre for Education provides education and training for children, youth and adults in various areas of education, develops education and training methods to further develop and promote ideas and researches new training and education methods to develop and promote these ideas.
President of Centre for Education with 17 years’ experience as entrepreneur and educator in the maritime sector. Michael is responsible for all training activities in the association and has significant knowledge and experience regarding qualification research and analysis. He also has written approved training programs and has had great successes in delivering motivational courses for disadvantaged youths.
Mike is a gifted instructor and is often praised for his motivational and patient approach. Especially in his work with young people he has achieved significant successes when using his teaching style to inspire others for new career moves and self-belief. |
Secretary of Centre for Education and with 17 years of experience in business management, responsible for managing the main activities of the association. This work includes liaising, negotiating and contracting all training activities, courses, either directly with the client/student or via co-operation networks of companies and educational institutions throughout Europe. Nati is a researcher with strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Natalia has got profound experience in project coordination and also acts as administrative secretary. By speaking her native language Spanish and English she is in charge of most translation tasks.
Natalia also conducts regular individual and group mentoring sessions. |
Max Schmidle holds a university degree and has been working on social projects for Centre4Education over the last 2 years. He has specialized in mentoring and career advice for young people, NEETs and long-term unemployed. He has been actively involved with regional and local youth centers and has a large network of contacts with employment centers, from city councils and at regional level. He has been working with a large number of local NGOs, to improve the employment, training and social inclusion of disfavoured collectives, youth and NEETs.

Christian holds degrees in Teaching, coaching and Geographies of development. He also has certifications in Social Media, digital marketing, Big Data Analytics, digital tools and digital transformation competencies. He's worked as a high school teacher for more than 4 years and is in direct contact with youth and educational institutions both at regional and national level as he's involved in other youth projects.
