Context
Entrepreneurship courses usually offered to young adults who enrol in school, college or university do not deliver the expected results, because adult educators in the field of entrepreneurship skills have no real understanding of the complete skill set required to be successful entrepreneur.

Project Goals
The main aim of “IDEA: Interactive toolset supporting Development of Educators of Adults’ skills in Boosting Entrepreneurship among NEETs” is to extend and develop competencies of educators of adults in the area of entrepreneurial skills (in non-formal settings) through providing them with guidance and motivation strategies and equipping with an innovative solution: a toolset that allow Educators for assessing the skills of NEETs, propose them customised learning path and provide adapted training  connecting young adults and real life entrepreneurship.

Intellectual Outputs
O1 - Mobile report about entrepreneurship teaching and entrepreneurial skills demand according to businesses.
An interactive resource which allow for searching and filtering the answers using various criteria and for revealing the most needed skills and including tips for self-development for educators and NEETs.

​O2 - Interactive toolset supporting Development of Educators of Adults’skills in Boosting Entrepreneurship among NEETs.
A web-based application that will enable access to training/teaching materials and resources on entrepreneurial skills. The toolset is usable by both educators and NEETs.
